SUGCON ANZ 2025 Promotional Offer

This promotional offer (“Offer”) is available exclusively to attendees of SUGCON ANZ 2025, held on 14–15 August 2025 at Fortress Sydney.

By participating in this Offer, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility
   1. Offer is valid only for verified attendees and their associated organization of SUGCON ANZ 2025.
   2. Fusion offer applies to new Dataweavers customers who do not currently have an active Subscription with Dataweavers.
   3. Arc offer applies to new and existing customers who required a headless transition for XM cloud.
2. Offer Details
   1. Arc Promotion: Receive 6 months of Dataweavers Arc at no cost, with no setup fee when the organization signs up for a Dataweavers Platform Operations subscription and support contract.
   2. Fusion Promotion: Receive a free Sitecore XP/XM upgrade and 6 months of Fusion at no cost, when the organization signs up for a Dataweavers Platform Operations subscription and support contract.
3. Contract Term
   1. To redeem either Offer the organisation must sign a minimum Dataweavers subscription and support agreement, determined by the Dataweavers team on completion of the Dataweavers Assessment process (free) with our Architecture team to size your implementation, confirm solution fit.
4. Redemption Period
   1. Eligible participants must express interest and begin the Assessment process within 30 days of the event (by 15 September 2025).
5. Limitations
   1. One Offer per organization.
   2. Offers cannot be combined or transferred.
   3. Not valid with any other discounts, offers, custom pricing agreements, or current pricing agreements.
6. Modifications & Cancellations
   1. Dataweavers reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice.
