Description of the technical and organizational security measures implemented by the data importer in accordance with Clauses 4(d) and 5(c).

ANNEX III

LIST OF SUBPROCESSORS

The Controller has authorized the use of the Subprocessors listed in ANNEX B: Subprocessors of the DPA. of the Customer Data Processing Addendum. Dataweavers maintains a current list of its Subprocessors on its website (https://www.dataweavers.com/legal/dpa/annex-b) and will update this list in accordance with section 4 of the Customer Data Processing Addendum.
