Dataweavers uses its Affiliates and a limited number of third-party Subprocessors to assist in providing the Services (as described in the Agreement). These Subprocessors provide infrastructure, security, monitoring, and support services. Customer Data is primarily processed within the Customer’s Microsoft Azure environment, and Subprocessors do not host Customer production data outside of this environment unless explicitly stated.

Subprocessor Governance
Dataweavers maintains a subprocessor management program that includes due diligence, contractual safeguards, and ongoing oversight.

Subprocessors are engaged only where necessary to deliver the Services

Customer Data is primarily processed within the Customer’s Microsoft Azure tenant

Subprocessors do not access Customer production data except where required to perform support or operational functions and under controlled access conditions

Dataweavers imposes contractual obligations on Subprocessors to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures aligned with applicable data protection laws

Subprocessors are subject to ongoing review and risk assessment as part of Dataweavers’ supplier management processes
