Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Registered attendees of the SUGCON Europe Conference on April 16-17, 2026. Entrants must fulfill all requirements set forth in the Official Rules and abide by all decisions of Dataweavers and/or Administrator in order to be eligible for a prize.

2. How to Enter:  Eligible individuals may enter the prize draw during the Prize Draw Period by filling in the form at https://www.dataweavers.com/prize-draw-entry-form/sugcon-europe. to complete entry. By participating in this prize draw, you represent that you have complied with the Official Rules as specified herein.  Entries are limited to one per person for the duration of the prize draw period.  False or deceptive acts, as determined by Dataweavers, will render the entrant ineligible. 

3. Prize Draw Period: The prize draw Period begins on April 2, 2026 and ends on April 17, 2026 at 4.00pm local time (the "Entry Submission Deadline").  Entries received after the Entry Submission Deadline or outside the Prize Draw Period are void.  All entries must be received by Dataweavers on or before Entry Submission Deadline as determined by Dataweavers clock. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to Dataweavers and will be dealt with according to the Dataweavers Privacy Policy.

4. Winner Requirements: Prize will be drawn at Piers Matthews Session, Practical Web Security for Modern Headless Sitecore: Lessons from the Field, at SUGCON Europe at 4:25pm on Friday April 17, 2026. Winner will be called out at the end of the presentation, and must be present to claim the Prize at time of draw, or the Prize will be forfeited, at which time the prize will be re-drawn.

6. Agreement to Official Rules: By Entering in the prize draw, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Dataweavers (including but not limited to decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection of entrants and winners, and the awarding of prizes), which are final and binding in all matters related to the prize draw.  Dataweavers failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term or any other term in these Official Rules.  The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  

7. General Conditions: Dataweavers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the prize draw, or any part of it, if, in Dataweavers opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of fraud, tampering, computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical difficulties, or failures, printing or distribution errors, or any other factor beyond Dataweavers reasonable control that may affect or impair the administration, security, fairness or integrity, or proper functioning of the Prize draw. Dataweavers, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the prize draw or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Dataweavers has the final decision with respect to any modification, suspension, or termination of the prize draw.

8. Entrant's Personal Information: All personal information collected from entrant is subject to the Dataweavers Privacy Policy (as set forth on https://www.dataweavers.com/privacy).

9. Sponsor and Administrator: The Prize draw is sponsored and administered by Dataweavers Pty Ltd., doing business as Dataweavers, (“Sponsor” and “Administrator”), 3/173 Moray Street, New Farm, Queensland 4005 Australia.
